The Exmore VS-500 vapour phase soldering system is more than just an oven

This compact, versatile and powerful system is capable of soldering the most complex SMT boards up to 500 x 500 mm. Every PCB will be soldered with the highest achievable quality, this is because the soldering is performed in an inert atmosphire with minimal delta T accros the board. No operator errors are possible as process setup is virtually eliminated.

Compleatly different boards and boards with different solders can be soldered in the same batch.

Very low energy consumption and reduced maintenance times complete the package.
